Licentiate of Technology. Previously taught software production at TKK (now Aalto University). Moved to the corporate world in 2000. Became interested in quality issues and the impact of the development process on it. The importance of requirement management became clear to him early on.

Has always been a practical nerd and has a curiosity and enthusiasm for tools, but has also done real work. Founded ImproveIt Oy in 2007 and has since helped numerous companies.
